This workshop
will provide participants with a clear understanding
of the various peer review techniques via lectures,
exercises and a case study. Specifically, the
workshop will aim to:
- Enlighten participants on the usefulness
of peer reviews
- Train participants about the methodologies
for conducting both formal and informal reviews
- Provide pointers for increasing effectiveness
of reviews in a cycle of continuous improvement
- Provide an understanding of the issues
associated with implementing peer reviews
