Singapore Computer Society (SCS)

SCS was established in 1967 and is the largest IT Professional body in Singapore. It has a membership of over 20,000 professionals.

SCS provides a wide range of events such as seminars & conferences, publications and access to an invaluable network of specialists. SCS also administers the National IT Skills Certification Programme that offers individuals the avenue to gain recognition and career development

The charter of SCS-QA Chapter is to promote awareness and acceptance of Quality Assurance principles and practices amongst IT professionals in Singapore.

Processworks

Processworks facilitates deployment of process improvements for the IT organizations through a combination of consulting, training, workshops, and appraisal services.

The areas of expertise and services are related to process models deployments like CMM, CMMI, ISO9000, Six Sigma (for software process improvements) and COBIT (for IT Governance process improvements). Processworks performs trainings for professionals through short courses on Software Quality, Project Management, Quality Models and IT Governance.

PWS operates in Singapore and Malaysia (Processworks Sdn. Bhd) through its own companies and performs assignments across the South East Asia and Asia Pacific region.

Institute of Systems Science(ISS)
The Institute of Systems Science (ISS) is a premier institute in Singapore, and a part of the National University Singapore, providing IT education and Training programmes. It offers graduate degree programmes and professional development courses for continuing education in IT. It has trained over 47,000 people, who now constitute a major proportion of the IT professional workforce in Singapore.
